Schorndorf, birthplace of Gottlieb Daimler, is also the location of Haegele GmbH. Its path from a small agricultural machinery specialist contractor to a powerful supplier for the world was influenced by the development of the CLEANFIX reversible fan.

Here is our success story.

1958 – The company founder, Louis Haegele, set up in Swabian Göggingen as an agricultural machinery specialist contractor.

1975 – The company of agricultural machinery dealer Frank Schorndorf was taken over.

1982 – A retrofit solution for rotary mowers (Schwenkfix) was invented. In addition, a hydro-pneumatic power lift and front loader suspension (Swingstop) was introduced.

1990 – The Louis Haegele company was converted into Haegele GmbH. Karl and Martin Haegele acted as managing directors. The conversion of standard haulers to high visibility tractors began.

1993 – The first Hägele cab suspension comes on the market as an aftermarket assembly set and is presented in Frankfurt at Agritechnica.

1998 – The first CLEANFIX reversible fan is developed and a patent applied for.

1999 – Only a year later, the CLEANFIX reversible fan is rewarded with a gold medal at Agritechnica in Hanover.

2000 – The Haegele cab suspension is fitted as standard by New Holland, Case, Steyr. The marketing of CLEANFIX reversible fans is developed worldwide.

2003 – CLEANFIX MultiControl is introduced and the company certified to ISO 9001.

2005 – A hub of a heat-resistant high-tech plastic connector is developed.

2006 – This year, the company invests heavily in CNC and automation technology.

2007 – For the first time, 12-blade fans become available with up to 1240 mm diameter.

2008 – CLEANFIX moves into a new company building in Schorndorf.

2009 – In collaboration with the University of Karlsruhe, a separate wind tunnel is developed and brought into operation. Another highlight of this year is the Silver Medal of the DLG that is awarded to the CLEANFIX Pulstronic at Agritechnica in Hanover.

2010 – Customer satisfaction is part of the CLEANFIX concept: CLEANFIX North America Ltd. starts up in Stratford Ontario Canada in its own building with manufacturing, service and operations.
